Each week we will have a 1 hour video call where we will dive into what you need to know what is holding you back, what you need to work on and what you need to let of.
We will work on your mind, energy and soul to release past traumas, unhealthy bonds and connect you with your own intuition to develop self trust and self love.
The healing journey to self-love and self-trust can be a lonely road at times. I will answer any questions you may have outside of our video session (between 12pm- 5pm mon- fri) and give you the answers or guidance to what may come up for you inbetween our sessions.
During our calls you will be given a weekly integration task, so that you are actually embodying the work into your life, and will be held accountable for these tasks. They are personalized for you and what comes up in our sessions.
