It is a healing experience that is truly mind blowing in the physical, energetic & emotional sense. She removes not only the pain from traumatic experiences, but the programming & conditioning that was created & deeply woven in my subconscious & conscious mind & bodies. When she removed heavy amounts of fear & pain from traumatic experiences that has left me in flight or fight more for as long as I can remember, the relief I felt & still feel on a daily basis is beyond words.

After our session I went to sit by the lake and felt a sense of peace wash over me. I felt calm within myself and at home in my body it was so nice.  

I was near a set of swings and there were no kids around so I sat on one and it just brought me to a place where times were simple. No thinking about the past or future and just embracing the moment for what it was.
But again, so at peace.

It’s hard to come by people who genuinely believe in me and want to see me flourish.  

I guess the initial anxiety was my body saying “can I trust this person?”
My interactions with men and women (relationships or friendships) have always been very transactional. Meaning, I’ve always felt like I have to give something of myself in order to receive some recognition, time and effort in return. There was always a motive behind their intentions.

But with you I felt I could just open up in whatever state i was in and it was ok. I could let my guard down and the anxiety just went away.

When I found Lyndsay my world had suddenly changed drastically. I didn’t know how I was going to go forward with anything in my life. The money I was earning as my pocket money became my only source of income. I was petrified.

After working with Lyndsay, I am now earning 5 times what I was earning. Lyndsay made me feel safe and guided me through healing meditations and removed blocks that I had ingrained in me, to clear my path in many aspects eg. love and finances and much more. Where do I begin! 

I’ve been working with Lyndsay in my healing journey for quite some time now. Every time I leave I feel spiritually guided. 

Lyndsay is a true gift. In her presence I feel calm, valued & understood. I came to Lyndsay with a lot of different areas I believed I needed to work through (some I knew about & some that I didn’t know about). Seeing Lyndsay over the past year has allowed me to have awareness, unpack & be guided with some strategies to support my emotional, spiritual & social concerns.

With the ability to unpack these blockages that I never knew I had, I have been able to feel more content with myself and trust my gut instincts. Being content in my feminine energy and finding confidence in myself is all thanks to Lyndsay herself. Forever grateful for her guidance & support.

I had a healing completed last weekend & it was indescribable . I can’t describe or put into words how it felt during or how I felt after other than the fact that it was amazing.
